
Golden Property Services Company Limited (“GPS”) is a subsidiary company of Golden Land providing property management and after sales services to all housing and condominium projects. GPS was established in 2002 with objectives to manage property for co-owners and tenants to ensure continuous quality services in property management, such services include security control, insurance and claims, car parking management, defect monitoring, repair and maintenance towards cleaning, gardening, lighting to all common areas, clubhouses, swimming pools, footpaths and lightings. Not only does GPS ensure good housekeeping management but also assist in overseeing and solving issues for residents, customers, contractors, coordinate with the governmental departments, local authority, banks, utilities, general affairs, and account services for Juristic Persons of each housing projects.
