Overview

Development plans for the landmark 10 Rai Sathorn Square site were substantially revised during 2006, to better complement The Infinity Condominium next door in terms of design and space planning while continuing to showcase extensive water features and a focus on the heritage Russian Embassy complex that forms the iconic heart of the project.

The first phase of Sathorn Square, at the prominent intersection of Sathorn and Narathiwas Roads, will feature a state-of-the-art grade A office tower, with upscale shops and fine dining at the podium levels facing the Russian Embassy across a landscaped canal. Plans for the second phase are likely to include a luxury hotel that will incorporate the Russian Embassy as well as a modern tower designed to complement the office tower and The Infinity.

Site clearance for the first phase of Sathorn Square was in progress at the end of 2006.
